Warehouse Supervisor Job Description What is the job about? + Responsible for warehouse management to ensure warehouse operation conform to the account of real consistent principle. + Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Your main responsibilities: + Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities. + 5S and EHS management for warehouse. + Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. + Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. + Arrange, guide, trace and assess of the work of subordinates. + Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. + Carry out subordinates’ performance evaluation and training periodically. + Take in charge of communication with other function to make sure customer's requirement can be achieved. + Build, review and improve the related process, WI, and make sure effective completely implement. + Cooperate with production and effective to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the production line feeding. + Improve the stock accuracy in warehouse and improve the material handling efficiency. + VSM analysis regularly. Deploy LEAN Manufacturing concept in warehouse. Improve current material flow and information flow by using LEAN method. Information flow and material feeding rule/container and route design for one piece flow line. + Deploy GPS Roadmap - Physical material flow in plant. What do you need to apply?
