Salary: $70k - $73K + up to a 10% company bonus!

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday and Friday (Night Shift) 9pm - 6am 

The Warehouse Supervisor is an active member of the warehouse area, supervising all warehouse functions including inbound, outbound, monitoring inventory, maintaining and organizing the warehouse and assisting the manager in all respective duties. The supervisor will work on the floor with team members, ensuring they are working safely and are adhering to food safety guidelines throughout the inbound, outbound, and sanitation process. The supervisor must be comfortable working in a diverse, fast paced environment.

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations ensuring the warehouse process is running smoothly and efficiently by organizing workflow, and monitoring team members on the warehouse floor in accordance with established policies, procedures and eliminating waste in the operation.

 

Leadership:

Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and tenured team membersSupport team members in engagement initiativesPlan work schedules, assign duties, and maintain adequate staffing levelsSupervise the day-to-day operations to ensure warehouse standards, processes, and functions: pick, sort, pack, receive, stock, etc., are followedMonitor and hold team members accountable when performance is below expectations use coaching and/or progressive discipline, as neededComplete team member performance reviewsCollaborate in team members onboarding and trainingEnsure safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state, and federal requirementsCreate positive work environment, morale and respect among team membersCoordinate with manager on daily schedule, workflow, staffing and personnel concernsLead pre-shift meetings, attend staff meetings, daily briefings, and leadership trainingsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse area  
 

Reporting:

Assist in compiling daily key indicatorsAssist manager with preparing daily warehouse statistical reportsManage day to day inventory levels with the use of existing software or Warehouse Management System (WMS), utilizing First in, First out (FIFO) procedures to ensure proper rotation of existing stockAccurately complete all necessary paperwork for audit purposes

 

Warehouse Inventory Planning:

Maintain inventory control utilizing WMSAssist manager with quarterly cycle counting and/or annual physical inventories using WMS software and reports to ensure inventory accuracyCreate weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL (inventory control departments

 

Warehouse Operations:

Review load sheet and verify accuracy of assembled loadMake recommendations to Manager on operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory currentAssist manager to be audit and 5S readyAssist manager in achieving all warehouse related KPI goalsPerform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or DirectorFill in for Warehouse team members to perform tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals, as needed

 

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, or 2-3 years of warehouse experienceExcellent supervisory and leadership skills to train and coach team membersExcellent critical thinking skillsSolid organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical, oral, and written communication skillsThorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory controlMust successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary dateKnowledge of OSHA regulationsKnowledge of WMS, MS Office, SAP, computers, and scanner equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, be on call, including carrying an emergency cell phone, as needed

 

Additional Requirements:

Follow and enforce Domino’s dress code standardsMust maintain forklift, pallet jack and scissor lift

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasionAbility to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the shiftAbility to work in extreme temperatures (non-airconditioned warehouse), both indoors and outdoorsAbility to work in environment with exposure to loud machineryMust be able to work around yeast and flour
