You will manage raw material storage warehouse to be ready to support daily production that pre-assembly, RM receiving, dispatch finished goods to external warehouse are under this team. You will manage raw material movement both physical and system movement on time and accuracy. You will manage turnover of raw material on racks that slow movement monitoring and balance between plant store and outside third-party warehouse. You will be RMS leader and manage team to perform work with high discipline manner. You will report directly to Operations Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Leader must focus on KPI as following
Service level on preassembly lead time
Raw material Stock accuracy
Raw material and Intermediate FIFO control
OTIF
Lead the plant warehouse team which including RM receiving from external warehouse, warehouse support – forklift driver and preassembly team
Align the plan of production planning and scheduling to build inventory according to forecast from demand planner team that require proactive preassembly before production due date
Responsible, manage on staff who handle of Raw material storage in plant which including RM or/and Pre-assemble materials receiving from external warehouse, pre-assembly in house and Dispatching FG from plant
Adapt Lean manufacturing concept, find new way to be just in time, reduce unnecessary stock and overtime production support
To support monthly preparation on S&OP and MRP Monitor capacity whether it enough to serve demand of production or not, raise up some necessary expansion if need
Support implementation ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and EHS Management system
Qualifications
Background in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent
Experience on paint chemical or chemical manufacturing
Warehouse management with experience more than 5 years
Experience on team supervision, manage complexity
Knowledge of process relate to standard
Knowledge about WMS – Warehouse management system, Hazardous material management Knowledge, Process management and Chemical management
