As a warehouse worker, you will have the opportunity to support foodservice distribution efforts for meals across the country. **Enjoy a weekly paycheck, flexible schedule, Zoo Membership perks & more!** **What you'll be doing:** + Assisting in the development and direction of activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility. + Directing all warehouse and distribution services, including reception, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, inventory control, maintenance, and administration to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. + Ensuring that procedures are in place for efficient and safe operation and utilization of all warehouse and distribution equipment. + Ensuring current and accurate inventory control for all products, including following the company’s cycle count program. **What we're looking for:** _Must-haves:_ + Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. + Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations. + At least three years of logistics, materials, distribution, and/or supply chain experience. _Nice-to-haves:_ + Experience using Microsoft Office applications. + Lean Six Sigma green belt. + LSS and APICS (CPIM/CIRM/SCMP) certifications. **Compensation Range** $18 -$20 per hour **Our Benefits:** + Weekly Pay + Flexible Schedules + Zoo Membership Perks + Employee discounts on food + Opportunity for advancement \#indeedelior #LI-GW1 **About Lancer:** Lancer Hospitality has over 30 years of experience supporting a diverse clientele in a variety of settings with their foodservice needs.
