STS Technical Services is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Aurora, Colorado.

This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse employees to ensure key departmental objectives are met in safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated leader with a background in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing and a passion for process improvement and team development.

Responsibilities: Counsel and support hourly employees with workplace needs and concerns Address employee performance by encouraging positive behaviors and correcting negative ones Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to engage the workforce in identifying improvement opportunities Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) processes to enhance layout and operational efficiency Perform daily Timekeeping System (TKS) updates to ensure accurate payroll processing Use A-3 reporting format to document problem-solving efforts, following local A-3 guidelines Conduct daily team meetings to share performance updates and foster two-way communication Perform weekly safety observation tours and document findings Plan and assign daily workloads in advance Support colleagues to optimize overall shift performance Enforce Shop Rules and ensure adherence to National and Local contractual requirements Conduct daily Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) audit checks Advance leadership and technical capabilities through the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process Keep the General Supervisor and Shop Committee informed of all activities Skills & Qualifications: Solid understanding of warehouse or manufacturing processes and procedures Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with departmental technology, scheduling, and management systems High level of analytical ability for complex problem-solving Excellent interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and drive team results Working knowledge of quality control procedures Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required 1–2 years of technical or business school training preferred Skilled trades training or equivalent technical background a plus About STS Technical Services:
