**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Opportunity**
As a Supervisor for Kohler Co., we are seeking a strong, results-driven leader to oversee first-shift operations (Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime) across warehouse, docks, supermarket, and kitting areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to 5S and safety standards, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly KPI-focused to drive operational excellence.
· Responsible for overseeing efficient on-site handling, receiving, storage, and supermarket operations. Leads materials associates, ensuring safe use of PIV equipment and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborates with planning and scheduling to ensure timely kitting and material readiness for assembly, minimizing downtime and optimizing material flow.
+ ·Managing kitting and material delivery to support production schedules.
+ Conducting root cause analysis for material-related downtime and driving corrective actions.
+ Establishing handling protocols and team goals for operational efficiency.
+ Leading training and development initiatives to build team competence.
+ Implementing continuous improvement and lean practices to optimize labor and material flow.
+ Ensuring compliance with KMMS and KPFS systems and certifications.
+ Defining and managing supermarkets, Kanban systems, smart buffers, and logistics equipment.
+ Designing inventory tracking systems and managing SAP-related inventory control.
+ Resolving inventory discrepancies and reporting operational errors.
+ Acting as a senior SAP expert for materials management processes.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, business or related field preferred.
+ Minimum of 3+ years in warehouse, or manufacturing operations and 2+ years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience.
+ Demonstrates knowledge of inventory management software (SAP) and material master data.
+ Experience in SAP for Logistics and Materials.
+ Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach.
+ Knowledge of MRP/ERP preferred in SAP for Logistics and Materials.
+ Ability to lead and manage the supply chain operations teams and design material routes, supermarket, min-max and other materials flow, and Lean solutions.
+ Ability to conduct end user training.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
