If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, we have an opportunity for you as a Warehouse Supervisor based in Stafford, Texas. You will be responsible for providing first-level supervision and coordination of employees in an operation.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Team Supervision: Oversees a team of 15 to 25 members, ensuring they understand and perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Safety and Environment: Promotes a culture of safety by maintaining clean standards and preventing hazardous conditions, addressing unsafe acts, and conducting safety training.
Operational Management: Manages equipment and follows SOPs, while collaborating with various managers to improve critical metrics and meet ISO 9001 requirements.
Performance and Motivation: Appraises and provides feedback for team performance, rewarding and focusing as vital, and initiates plans to empower workers.
Communication and Leadership: Practices an open-door policy to facilitate communication and treats team members with respect, fostering a positive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Encourages ongoing improvement through feedback, problem-solving, and new ideas to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Commitment to Standards: Demonstrates excellent job performance in terms of productivity, quality, safety, and attendance, meeting customer expectations through collaboration and respect.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Associate's degree
3-5 years’ Prior experience in a similar role
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Technical qualification in a mechanical field
SAP experience
Familiarity with Lean methodologies
