Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, Warehouse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Each day, you will lead a team to handle inbound and outbound material, optimize warehouse operations, and maintain the forklift fleet. You will also showcase your expertise by motivating team members to produce top results daily.
The work model for the role is: onsite, Monday through Thursday and as scheduled for overtime.
This role is contributing to the revenue and operational success of the Jonesboro, AR facility in the ELIP division. Main stakeholders are our internal and external customers.

Qualifications for the role:You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with SAP and ERP LX and the Electrical Fittings marketAbility to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 5 years of experience in Inventory Control Leadership and Logistics.Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in SAP and Excel.You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around motivating others, creating and maintain procedures to drive success, and serving internal and external customers.Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Leadership in Inventory ControlYou are at ease communicating in EnglishYou hold current forklift licenses valid in warehouse environments and a US work permit.
