OverviewThe Warehouse Supervisor will provide leadership support for the warehouse team, under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Branch Manager, assisting with the daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and assist in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the Supervisor will lead and assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and sterilizing all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed.

Responsibilities Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distributionFills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patientsEnsures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accuratelyHandles the more complex orders Assists less experienced Warehouse Coordinators by providing guidance with job duties and responsibilitiesResponsible for orientation and training of new warehouse staff Responsible for the maintenance and management warehouse equipment and suppliesReports inventory levels to Warehouse Manager or Branch Manager Ensures that proper cleaning, maintenance and storage of infusion pumps devices and other medical equipment should the branch not have a dedicated asset manager in placeProvides on the job training and development for warehouse teamUnder the supervision of the Warehouse Manager or General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as:Time off requests and timecard approvals in the Time Keeping system Participate in the annual performance review processProvide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary actionPerforms other related duties as directed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, required A minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse management or distribution inventory management, preferably in home infusion Certified pharmacy technician licenses, required per individual State Board of PharmacyExcellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skillsBasic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory Ability to supervise five to ten employees About our Line of Business Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a specialty infusion company focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital.
