**Title: Warehouse Supervisor** **Schedule:** + Wednesday - Saturday (4 days on / 3 days off) + 5am - 4pm with 1 hour lunch **Location:** Austin, TX 78744 **Pay Rate:** $26 an hour **Department:** Warehouse **Environment:** Not climate controlled **Supervisor Job Description** This role requires a hands-on approach to manage the day-to-day delivery operations and ensure that customers receive their packages on time and in good condition. Supervisors at an Amazon DSP are crucial in maintaining the efficiency of delivery services and the satisfaction of both customers and team members. **Key Responsibilities** : + Assists in managing daily operations of DSP including the package sorting and loading + Help oversee the hiring, training, and development of warehouse associates + Help manage team/shift schedules + Conduct safety inspections + Manage daily performance of warehouse associates + Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal regulations + Maintain a strong working relationship with Amazon + Monitor and analyze performance **Qualifications** : + Proven experience in logistics or delivery services management + Strong leadership and team management skills + Excellent organizational abilities + Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers + Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments + Must pass a pre-employment background check **Work Schedule & Availability:** + Shift **currently** available: + **Wednesday - Saturday (4 days on / 3 days off)** + **5am - 4pm with 1 hour lunch** + Must be available to work occasional nights, weekends, holidays, or after hours + **Hours are subject to change based on operational need** **Physical Requirements:** + Lift and move items up to 49 pounds + Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts + Comfortable working in a **_non-climate-controlled_** environment (temperatures may vary seasonally) **Education** : + High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or specialized training in logistics or management is a plus. **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
