Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $24.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 with on call duties

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Type: Full-TIme Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily operations across warehouse, production, and shipping functions. This role ensures smooth workflows, inventory accuracy, facility upkeep, and team performance, while supporting broader operational goals and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Production Operations

Supervise shipping, receiving, production, and facility maintenanceOversee product assembly and production to meet quality and efficiency standardsMonitor inbound logistics for accuracy and timely storageMaintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

Inventory & Equipment Management

Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracyManage warehouse tools and equipment for safety and efficiencyCoordinate facility repairs and equipment maintenance

Team Leadership

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staffEnforce safety protocols and emergency proceduresAddress performance issues through coaching or disciplineOpen and close the facility as needed

Logistics & Vendor Coordination

Support inbound logistics and vendor quality resolutionCollaborate with freight providers for reliable serviceControl labor, freight, and repair costs

Sustainability & Safety

Champion recycling, repair, and reuse initiativesPromote and manage warehouse safety and security programs

Work Environment

Production and distribution settingExposure to moving equipment, airborne particles, and storage activitiesMust be available for on-call business needs


Work Experience

Required Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred

Experience

2–3 years in shipping/receiving, leadership, inventory, and equipment

Physical Requirements

Lift/move up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, occasional climbing/crawling

Skills
