Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:

You oversee product preparation, manage loading/unloading for timely delivery, monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure efficient operations. You handle warehouse management, implement alert systems, analyze processes, allocate labor, ensure safety compliance, train operators, and prepare performance reports, while maintaining effective communication and accurate data recording.
 

The main missions of the role are to:

Shipping and Delivery Management:Warehouse and Production Management:Perform production management using a pull system or Kanban (electronic/physical flow) to ensure smooth operations.Maintain efficient production line operations and ensure proper feeding of materials to prevent delays.Perform warehouse operations, including booking, traceability, labeling, cycle count ,inventory control and management.Monitor the unloading process to ensure correct handling and storage of materials.Implement and maintain alert systems based on the standard group’s requirements for warehouse management.Allocate labor resources efficiently to align with production and delivery, also safety regulations requirements.Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
•    Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management, Business Administration, or any related field

Experience:

3 - 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management. At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, managing teams and operations.

Skills:
