Job Description
Direct, Coordinate and Control the people assigned to the different positions in the area in charge.Supervise the correct performance of their duties, in accordance with the standards and quality policies established in the company, as well as the regulations.If applicable, issue the warnings as a disciplinary measure.Verify that customer operations requirements are correctly followed up.Be in contact with the Client and establish preventive measures that allow good service.Coordinate and control the daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly reports that are requested by clients and management.Control of import shipments coming from a warehouse in the US, as well as assistance to themselves until the correct completion of customs clearanceAttention and control of all shipments that fall into recognition at the customs platform.Information to Clients and Personnel of the different Areas that affect the operation of the Status of the boarding, via email.Train the personnel under your charge for the correct performance of their duties.Daily Review and Monitoring of Client Requirements (via telephone or email).Constant Communication and Feedback with the Client.Review of Documentation Sent by the Client.Check if any permission is required from Customs and notify the Client.Preparation of Loading Orders, Shipping InstructionsDelivery of Loading Order to Warehouse staff for the selection, separation and loading of the merchandise.Capture of Invoice Codes in APEX or GLOBAL
Work Experience
School completed.English/SpanishMinimum 2 years’ experience required for the job.Knowledge of customs procedures (Temporary and Definitive Imports)Knowledge of documentation attached to merchandise received.Forklift handling.Management of Email as well as Word and Excel Programs
