Salary is based on expereince._ **Job Summary** Supervises and coordinates activities of teammates engaged in one or more functional areas including: receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and/or maintaining stock records in the warehouse. This position may be allocated exclusively or in part to Abbott. **Core Responsibilities** + Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists teammates in solving work problems. + Reviews bills of lading of incoming merchandise and customer orders to plan work activities. + May prepare truck driver's delivery schedule. + Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. + Assigns teammates to specific duties, such as verifying amounts of and storing incoming merchandise and/or assembling customer orders for delivery. + Studies production schedules and estimates hours required to complete assignment. + Supervises labeling, casing, or packing of materials or products. + Trains new teammates. + Interprets company policies to teammates and enforces safety regulations. + Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary actions. + Recommends measures to improve quality and suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or work crew. + May direct reclamation of damaged product **Qualifying Experience** + General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc. Equal to a high school diploma. \#LI-TR1 If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
