This is a Monday–Friday position with a rotating Saturday schedule (approximately 1–2 times per month). The role oversees a team of 10–12 employees and operates on a shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Flexibility for extended hours may be required during peak seasons.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by providing clear direction, performance feedback, and effective training to drive productivity and engagement.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory organization, and accurate stock management to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Strategically plan production schedules and allocate resources to meet operational goals while maintaining detailed records of time and output.

Generate and share operational reports with key stakeholders to keep performance metrics visible and actionable.

Monitor key warehouse functions such as sales activity, inventory control, and purchasing to maintain optimal product availability and support business needs.

Additional Duties

Operate and oversee the safe use of machinery and material handling equipment.

Address and resolve employee concerns professionally, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.

Take ownership of special projects or initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills.

Comfortable working in a range of temperatures—from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage—while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.

Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. (may vary based on facility requirements).

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Comfortable in a high-energy, sometimes loud, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Range:$59,400.00 - $100,200.00
