As a Warehouse Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and management of warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to protocols for the receipt / dispatch of materials and goods, verification of quantities and specifications, and proper storage under optimal conditions. Additionally, to manage the disbursement of inventory to relevant departments, and to prepare and present specialized documentation and reports pertaining to warehouse activities. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receipt of materials within the designated area of responsibility, ensuring all items match purchase orders and packing lists, and store items according to their designated locations and QA approvals. Design and maintain accurate inventory records and lists, categorizing items based on homogeneity and usage, and ensuring the organization of warehouse records, logs, and cards. Monitor the quantities of materials entering and leaving the warehouse, manage inventory levels, and oversee the issuance of delivery permits to relevant departments and units. Verify incoming shipments against quantity and specification lists, identify any deficiencies, and ensure materials received meet supply and quality standards. Prepare storage areas according to quality standards, organize warehouses to facilitate efficient exchange and receipt operations, and develop work procedures utilizing modern technologies. Prepare, display, clarify, and store specialized documents and reports related to warehouse activities in the database, adhering to approved policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of stock transactions. Report any discrepancies in incoming or outgoing materials and finished goods from any process. Issue Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and relevant records, delivering them to the respective department. Complete warehouse risk assessments, Level 1 impact assessments, and inspection records for safety and quality. Ensure accurate stock entries to support planning processes. Transport materials to their designated locations efficiently. Ensure timely issuance and delivery of GRNs. Accountable for identifying individual risks, escalating them to the line manager, developing risk mitigation plans, and monitoring their implementation. Complexity Transportation requires continuous physical movement, including manual handling and managing hazardous materials. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree. Saudi national is a must. Max. 2-3 years of experience. SAP experience is highly required. Knowledge about GMP. Training on manual handling and forklift driving. Very good in Computer skills. Knowledge on material safety data sheet MSDS.
