In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

•Manage storage area by optimizing floor space, adhering to stage design principles, recommending improvements.
•Set and ensure safe work environment by monitoring & mitigating risks and conducting awareness to the workers.
• Maintain the inventory records accuracy by conducting weekly and monthly physical counts, reconciling variances / data entries.
• Handling and timely reporting receiving Discrepancies, Damages and Non-conformities and maintain related system records.
• Scheduling customers orders based on set priorities and ensuring on time deliveries.
• Coordinate with CSR to resolve any errors or system holds of customer orders.
• Maintain Temperature tracking records for entire cold chain cycle.
• Maintain all compliance aspects related to warehouse activities meets the company and local authorities standards.
• Prepare and communicate transportation schedules to the transporters and assure availability of trucks.
• Follow up collection of POD’s and upload them at the SharePoint.
• Optimize transportation and consolidation reaching the highest savings while maintaining delivery standards.
• Prepare and handle monthly Cut Off - Reports.
• Receive and analyze RMA's. Investigate any errors or customer complains related.
•Implement physical and system scrapping according to the set standards.
• Manage system settings, Auto-Run and ship confirm of deliveries.
 

The essential requirements of the job include:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
-A minimum of 3 years work experience in Warehouse operation.

-Oracle Specialist ''ERP Business Suite'' + Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Warehousing + SKU (Store Keeping Unit), Stock Count Skills.

- Computer Software.
