WWT NL, has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Specialists who are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), applying and scanning labels, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored, overseeing inventory control, inspecting inventory, maintaining records and providing technical and operational support to a group of warehouse personnel. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. This position works in a fast-paced environment, operates handheld scanning equipment, follows processes and is a team player. + Utilizes knowledge of safety and best practices while around equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), Crane or Box Truck + Assesses bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow. + Coordinates with team members to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals. + Compiles data and analyze the impact of process changes. + Applies the organization's techniques to determine short-term production capacity available for a given process or part. + Demonstrates knowledge of the processes for receiving, shipping and warehousing materials.
