Warehouse Shift Manager / Team Leader

Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham (B46)
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Salary: Between 28k - 36k depending on experience
Shifts: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday (including weekends)
Hours: 09:30 – 20:30

The Role

As a Shift Manager or Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of a large-scale warehouse operation. This includes:Managing day-to-day shift performance across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and yard managementLeading and developing a team of frontline leaders and operatives to meet productivity and quality KPIsPromoting a positive health and safety culture across all areas of the operationDriving continuous improvement through coaching, training, and structured performance reviewsEnsuring compliance with company processes, procedures, and industry regulationsSupporting resource planning, shift handovers, and leadership communicationsWhat We're Looking For
