We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success. as part of this role, you will take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and meet the agreed service level agreements

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nManaging a safe operation and role modelling a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards\nEnsure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established\nAct as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement\nManagement of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments.\nTrack your operations performance and understand deviations with your direct reports, supporting with the necessary resources\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum 3 years of Proven experience in managing within a warehouse\nMinimum 3 years of Operations experience managing a team\nCustomer-facing experience is an advantage\nAbility to deploy and change resource allocations during the shift in response to the changing requirements\nAbility to deliver results under stress\n\n
