Warehouse Service Coordinator

 

What This Position Is About

Supervision of the flow of goods from materials goods receipt to production and production to FG warehouse.  Planning shifts and vacations for Warehouse team.  Completing work in the material service area.

Areas of Responsibility

 Acceptance of the finished goods in production and in the warehouse, SAP - booking of the produced quantity including warehouse shifts, quantitative check of the goods provided, making material available to the machines according to production instructions and the production program including SAP - bookings, withdrawal of the material from production, quantity counting and re-storage at the right place including SAP booking, various inventory work.
Coordination of FG loading and shipments execution. Assistance in receiving goods (all work in accordance with the specifications):
- Incoming inspection, booking of goods in SAP
- Coordination of the flow of goods from goods receipt to the NTM warehouse
- Optimization of internal and external storage options Working safely with the forklift, the storage racks and other systems in the warehouse and in production, operating the palletizing system, forklifts, aerial work platforms, manual pallet handlers and the strapping machine Adhering to the specifications of the ISO manuals, visual control of production (quality), applying and helping to adjust the instructions based on 5S3R.
Holiday replacement in the Logistics & Warehouse area, taking over during breaks, introducing and training new employees (including ISO document). Assisting with various work as required throughout the warehouse as directed, material handling and assisting with inventory if required.
Take full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as performing the tasks in a safe and good environment manner.
Ensure full compliance with JTI Code of Conduct, EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidelines, internal regulations and work performance instructions, ISO requirements, 5S3R principles. Continuously improve processes within MS.  Perform any other tasks as instructed by Manager.

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements

Completion of professional education, preferably in Logistics area At least 3 years  of work experience, preferrebly in  Material Handling. Fluency in English Forklift driver's license (with practical experience), computer skills, experience in operating an aerial work platform, communication and teamwork skills, good physical endurance and willingness to do shifts work User knowledge of MS Office and SAP
