Requirements High Diploma or equivalent perferredTwo (2) years or more expert experience with PCs and peripherals hardware and assemblyTwo (2) years or more experience in desk-side support of all Microsoft Windows environmentsA+ Certification preferredMCSA and Net+ Certifications preferred

Responsibilities Configure computer systems (hardware and software) and other related equipment for external customersDiagnose and repair PC related systems within the warehouse environment using technical skills, hardware and software knowledge and troubleshooting techniques to maintain the expected system performance and production levelsAssess and repair PCs and peripherals requiring service to return them to full functionalityConfigure PCs hardware and software to required specifications. Establish all connection points between PCs and network, troubleshooting applications and related problemsProvide system solutions to operating requirements using personal analytical skills and knowledge to facilitate production processes and enhance productivityTrain lower level tier technicians to improve their job responsibility regarding system applications using training aids and operating proceduresEnsure PCs have licenses for applicable softwareISO ComplianceInternal/External AuditsMaintain Ryder Safety & Security proceduresWork as a material handler, as neededPerforms other duties as assigned
