ProLogistix is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Quality Control Associates to support outbound order verification in our fast-paced 3PL warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring all shipments meet customer requirements and internal quality standards before leaving the facility.

Available Shifts and Hourly Pay Rates

$20.00 an Hour, Days Working 6A to 5P Monday to Friday $21.50 an Hour, Evenings Working 2P to 10:30P Monday to Friday $22.50 an Hour, Days Weekends Working 6A to 5P Saturday, Sunday & Monday $22.50 an Hour, Nights Weekends Working 6P to 5A Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Please Note:  All Orientation and Training is Monday to Friday 7:00am for the 1st week

Daily Responsibilities of our Warehouse Quality Control Associates:

Verify accuracy of outbound shipments, including product type, quantity, lot/serial numbers, labeling, and packaging. Check shipments against order documentation and WMS data to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Inspect packaging integrity, correct labeling, and overall product presentation. Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming products promptly. Collaborate with warehouse teams (picking, packing, and shipping) to resolve issues and prevent recurring errors. Record and report quality checks and findings in line with company procedures. Support internal audits, process improvements, and corrective action initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Ideal Candidates will have experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within a logistics, fulfillment, or distribution environment. 

Along with these additional Qualifications:

1 to 2 years recent experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations. Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control is highly preferred. Confidence using Warehouse Management Systems and Handheld Scanners. Excellent Attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly and accurately. Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift. High school diploma or equivalent required. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must wear composite toe safety shoes Quality Assurance or Quality Control training or certification is a plus. Experience working in a 3PL, eCommerce, or B2B logistics work setting. Knowledge of basic root cause analysis or corrective action processes.
