Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: 1st shift M-F 7a-4:30p, 2nd shift M-F 2p-10:30p, Saturday ONLY 6a-4:30p

What's the Job?

Shipping orders via UPS, FedEx, or Freight, ensuring accuracy in name, company, and address. Attaching order numbers to all boxes, assuring that orders are complete. Picking items from the warehouse and performing manual assembly as required. Verifying correct pieces are pulled before assembly begins to meet production and quality standards. Maintaining a clean work area daily and breaking down empty boxes.

What's Needed?

No prior experience is required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
