Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Loader / Picker to join their team. As a Loader / Picker, you will be part of the Outbound department supporting the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to accuracy which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Loader / Picker

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Coordinate with Dispatch to identify the next available dock door for loading based on staging lane inventory and dock SLA times. Organize and maintain the dock area, directing Bulk Pickers for support when necessary. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via Zebra scanner or laptop to load trailers, ensuring optimal trailer cube utilization. Complete trailer loading within SLA timeframes, finalize paperwork, and deliver documentation to Dispatch for driver release. Meet or exceed performance targets, including pallets per hour, as set by the Outbound Supervisor.

What's Needed?

Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices (e.g., Zebra scanners). Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
