Job Description:

Warehouse Packers will assist in properly assembling and packaging similar materials to meet the needs of each order.  Warehouse Packers are needed to ensure manufacturing and production runs smoothly for the other Warehouse Packers. 

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Packers use tablets to select, assemble, and package orders accurately, safely and with qualityApply clips, labels and insert products into tubes, boxes and other types of packagingTrain and rotate through all packing areas and operate various levels of manual packaging equipmentLoad specific components into automated packaging equipmentWarehouse Packers follow written and verbal instructions shared by the Packer III or Team LeadsMaintain expected output levels throughout the shiftExamine and inspect products and packaging materials, possess the ability to identify defective products and notify the Packer IIIs of the quality issuesAdhere to all safety protocolsMaintain a positive attitude

Education: High School

Physical:

Frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 poundsFrequently bending, crouching, twisting and reachingStanding and/or sitting throughout shiftComfortable with repetitive tasks

Skills:

Good coordination with handsGood oral and written communication skillsBasic reading, writing and math skillsBasic technology skillsAbility to resolve minor issues and notice unusual situationsWork with manual and/or power toolsAbility to be coached and trainedMaintain a positive attitude and remains flexible with changing demands
