**Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in the northern Indianapolis area as a Warehouse Order Picker. This role involves working on the 1st shift for a manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and innovation. **Responsibilities** + Use pick sheets to efficiently pick and pack various products throughout the facility. + Inspect and audit finished orders for accuracy, ensuring high-quality standards are met. + Receive inbound materials and prepare them for storage according to company protocols. + Utilize basic computer skills to fulfill and process orders for FedEx shipment. + Label orders and package them securely for shipment. + Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and reliability. + Load and unload truck shipments, ensuring safe and efficient transport. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inventory management and order picking/packing. + Basic computer skills for order processing and fulfillment. + Experience as a material handler and ability to use RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with cycle counts and inventory control is beneficial. + Familiarity with warehouse packing procedures is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Australian-based company that is expanding its operations in Indianapolis.
