Job Summary:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker for a well-established warehouse operation in Rogers, AR. This role is vital to ensuring accurate and timely shipment of outgoing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Use RF scanners to pick and palletize customer ordersPrint and apply ASN labels with correct shipping infoMove orders using pallet jacks and prepare for shipment with shrink-wrapping equipmentAccurately stage orders in the warehouse according to customerMaintain a clean and organized work areaRecord pallet totals and assist with Bill of Lading documentationFollow safety protocols and company procedures at all times


Work Experience

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse order picking experience requiredBasic math and reading skillsFamiliarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment (training available)Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shiftMust work in a constant state of alertness for safety-sensitive tasks

Work Environment:

Exposure to moderate noise, moving machinery, and fluctuating temperaturesMust be able to work around hazardous materials and at heights as needed
