The position will be based in Auburn, WA.  

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Strong interpersonal, communication & team building skills.   Good analytical and problem solving skills   Proven ability to define performance measures related to the business and hold associates accounting for the same   Must be comfortable at giving and receiving open feedback   Able to supervise a medium size group of warehouse employees in a unionized environment   Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers   Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint   Understanding of warehouse regulations regarding quality and safety   Willingness to work evenings, night shifts, weekends and holidays   Ability to coach, train, and lead work teams to achieve performance as it relates to specialization in receiving, processing, storage order assembly or loading.  

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:  

3-5 years of experience in warehousing   2-4 years previous supervisory experience in warehousing preferred   4 year college degree in logistics, business or related field preferred

The salary range is $69,600 to $104,400. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement but no less than the local minimum wage.
