Start your new career as a Warehouse Operator-Picker with MAU at BOMAG in Ridgeway, SC. As a Warehouse Operator-Picker, you will support order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure accurate, timely, and quality-controlled deliveries. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer: $17.71 per hour Paid breaks and lunch First shift | Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity (eligible for permanent hire after 480 hours) What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (team lift required for heavier items) Strong attention to detail and quality Effective communication and teamwork skills Comfortable with reading blueprints and pick lists Basic computer skills and equipment operation (RF scanners, scales, etc.) Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Operator-Picker: Pick, audit, pack, and ship parts based on pick lists and SOPs Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and hand trucks Assist with part identification, inventory inquiries, and shipping details Communicate with internal teams and freight carriers Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization (5S) Report inventory levels and product quality concerns to team leads Support cross-department collaboration (Sales, Inventory, Receiving, etc.)
