What We Offer: Pay of $17.71 per hour First shift | Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM Paid breaks PPE provided Temp-to-hire opportunity after 480 hours Referral program Opportunity for advancement Stable, full-time employment with a respected client What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and follow safe handling practices Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality Comfortable reading pick lists, bills of lading, and blueprints Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with computers and warehouse equipment (RF scanners, scales, printers) Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Operator - Packer: Read and execute pick lists, bills of lading, and material drawings Audit, pack, and securely ship materials per SOPs Operate RF scanners, printers, computers, and shipping tools Report low inventory or quality issues to the Work Center Lead Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S standards Ensure safe and ethical conduct at all times Support inventory and shipping inquiries from the parts sales team
