What We Offer: Pay of $17 – $19/hr based on the shift Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Additional $2/hr shift differential Weekend Shift | Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Paid weekly Temp-to-hire opportunity Referral bonuses Career advancement potential What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of relevant work experience within the last 3 years Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training provided prior to use) Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic Ability to operate warehouse machinery Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements for 8–12 hours per shift What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Operator: Execute tasks in all areas of DC operations: receiving, inventory, packing, shipping, and returns Operate material handling equipment and follow current processes Ensure product quality, accuracy, and timely delivery Maintain safety as your top priority Take ownership and accountability for daily tasks Perform other duties as assigned
