We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our Memphis team. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our food-grade warehousing operations and ensuring timely, accurate handling of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.Prepare and inspect conveyances for loading/unloading.Load and unload materials manually and with equipment.Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of warehouse facilities to meet food-grade standards.Accurately label products and orders.Inspect incoming materials for quality and completeness.Pick and stage products using forklifts and manual methods.Hand-stack products to optimize container space.Enter inventory data into SAP and other systems; complete IFF documentation accurately.Prepare orders per work instructions, including labeling, wrapping, and repalletization.Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations and uphold IFF’s high standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.Forklift certification required.Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead continuously for up to 8 hours/day.Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for food-grade storage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.Proficiency in manual and electronic inventory systems.
