Your role and responsibilitiesFor the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business we are looking for Shipping/Receiving & Warehouse Operator who will join our Robotics Customer Service organization located in Milton, Ontario, Canada.•\tResponsible for unloading/unpacking and packing/loading of materials and robots.•\tVerify deliveries, inspect for damage, and receive goods in the ERP system.•\tOrganize transportation of robots and parts with couriers.•\tIssue proper documentation for shipping of parts and robots.•\tGoods Issue material from the ERP system.•\tManage Material Reservation.•\tProcess returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items and issue NCRs.•\tOrganize and store received material in appropriate areas.•\tEnsure all material received is adequately labelled (traceability)•\tStage material for Production.•\tPerform Inventory Count.•\tPerform Incoming inspections of materials.•\tPerform other related duties as assigned by the Team lead or management.•\tEngages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
Qualifications for the role\tProficient in SAP with hands-on experience.\tGood verbal and written communication.\tExperienced with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.\tForklift certification (overhead crane, electric and propane forklift).\tTDG Certificate (transport of dangerous goods)\t2-4 years shipping- receiving experience.\tHigh school diploma.\tAble to do repetitive work.\tAble to lift 50 lbs.\tStand or sit for extended periods.
