We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the afternoon shift, 1400-2200 for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation. **Pay, benefits and more:** We’re looking to offer a salary of **£12.97 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime an a 1.5% on a Sat&Sun** . You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks. **What you’ll do on a typical day:** + Handling and putting away palletised goods + Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers + Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve + Putting pallets into the line feeder for production **What you need to succeed at XPO:** + A track record of operating an FLT truck + A focus on health and safety + Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial + Counterbalance license B1 + Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience + Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given + Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given **Be part of something big.** .
