💲 Salary: Up to $75,000 base + $3,250 shift differential + 10% annual bonus
Are you a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for lean process improvement? Ingram Micro is seeking a results-driven 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to join our high-performing team in our distribution center in Carol Stream, IL.

What You’ll Do:Lead daily operations in receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping
Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume facility.
Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency
Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs
Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity
What You Bring:Bilingual fluency in Hindi or Spanish – preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.
Experience in outbound logistics.
Experience in inventory control.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
