YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

 

Supervise, plan and coordinate the warehousing team to ensure physical, informational, and documentation flows for all materials, spare parts and finished goods in compliance with legal requirements, established processes and cost-efficiency goals.Lead the inventory management strategy to maintain 100% physical and system accuracy at all times.Monitor and control the performance of external partners, organize regular KPI reviews and ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).Monitor financial and KPI performance as well as initiate corrective actions to deliver on or below financial targets.Communicate in a timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.Provide regular coaching to develop team capabilities in daily management systems and support the technical and professional growth of each team member to foster ownership and autonomy.

 

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

 

Have an university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, IT or similar.Have proven successful experience in Manufacturing or Logistics and people management.Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Manufacturing/Logistics processes and LEAN methodology. Have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking and an analytical mindset.Are able to effectively reach goals in a complex, matrix, multinational working environment.Possess advanced computer skills (MS Office, SAP, WMS).Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Are fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.
