Job Responsibilities:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced SAP ERP system skills, the ability to define stock levels for machinery spare parts, and the capability to coordinate and lead a team of warehouse technicians. This role is critical to ensuring efficient warehouse operations, optimal inventory management, and seamless coordination of warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Define and maintain optimal stock levels for machinery spare parts to ensure availability while minimizing excess inventory.SAP ERP System: Utilize advanced SAP ERP system skills to manage inventory data, generate reports, and streamline warehouse processes.Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and increase productivity.Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory and performance reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, production, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic engineer or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP systems and strong knowledge of inventory management principles.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
