Warehouse Manager will work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. All responsibilities will be performed at warehouse located in St. Louis County.
Responsibilities -Manage warehouse employees and oversees warehouse operationsAssign warehouse duties to employees daily, weekly, and monthlyPerform review on warehouse employeesSupervise shipping/packing, production, and kit buildingAssist employees with various daily tasks - specifically supervise large projects and daily shipmentsManage employee attendance recordsMaintain weekly schedule for employees and update any changes or errorsEnforce all company rules and regulationsEnforce disciplinary actionsEnsure all employees follow all warehouse safety and sanitary regulationsProperly open and close warehouse Monday through FridayBecome member of safety teamWorking ManagerInvestigate shipments/issuesHire additional staff when needed & prepare for growthHire temps as neededReport temp payroll to agency weeklyMonitor order progressMaintain shipment expectation of 48 hoursSeek overtime as neededReview production standards and make any necessary adjustmentsAssist Inventory department and purchasing department with inventory levels
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements -High School Diploma or equivalent requiredWork history that demonstrates experience and reliability; warehouse supervisor work experience is a mustAble to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs as neededProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of Mas200 preferredCover letter detailing relevant experience and desired wage range if REQUIREDAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience -
Warehouse Management 7+ years preferred
