Warehouse Manager

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to growth, seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to lead and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storage, inventory management, shipping, dispatch, and transportation scheduling — with a strong focus on food safety, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Primary duties include:
+ Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage (cold and frozen), inventory control, shipping, and dispatch of raw and finished goods.
+ Manage and schedule transport drivers to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
+ Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
+ Uphold GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards while fostering a strong food safety culture.
+ Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure warehouse goals are met in collaboration with leadership.
Position reports to Warehouse Director.
Ideal candidates for **Warehouse Manager** will possess the following:
+ Associates degree. Will consider military veterans.
+ 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within the food manufacturing industry
+ Understanding for Food Safety, FDA, OSHA, and GMP
+ Proficient with WMS and Excel
Salary up to $120,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
**Pay Details:** $85,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
