Wholesale Tire Brokers, a division of St. Lucie Battery & Tire, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our wholesale distribution facility. We specialize in supplying high-quality tires to automotive shops and businesses throughout the region, and we’re looking for a leader who can keep our warehouse running efficiently and our customers happy. Primary Responsibilities: + Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping tire inventory + Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries to wholesale customers + Manage and lead warehouse staff, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity + Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts + Work with the sales and logistics teams to meet customer demand and delivery schedules + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards + Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency Minimum Qualifications: + 2+ years of warehouse management or logistics experience (tire/automotive industry preferred) + Strong leadership and organizational skills + Proficient with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation + U.S. work authorization What We Offer: + Competitive pay + Health, dental, vision & life insurance + Paid vacation and PTO + 401(k) with company match + Employee discounts + Family-owned business Schedule: + Monday to Friday + Occasional weekends as needed Powered by JazzHR
