Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of warehouse/receiving experience required
Familiarity with forklift, lift trucks, and receiving equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting/moving up to 75 lbs
Valid driver's license; must be able to operate manual and automatic vehicles
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members
Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations during assigned shift
Assist in budget planning, monitor expenses, and support cost control efforts
Create effective staff schedules that meet labor, coverage, and service goals
Ensure all warehouse equipment is functional, and OSHA standards are followed
Oversee the receiving, inspection, and distribution of materials throughout departments
Order supplies and equipment as needed (with managerial approval)
Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation of incoming/outgoing goods
Promote and model excellent customer service at all times
Protect company assets and ensure secure handling of goods
Address and report safety issues, damages, or discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
