Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Manager
**Location:** Oklahoma City, OK
**Pay Range:** $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)
**Shift:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
+ Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
+ Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
+ Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
