This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date._ **Role Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the newly created role of Warehouse Manager in our small warehouse. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, overseeing all aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse logistics. **In this role, you'll:** + **Manage inventory** : This includes tracking the levels of all inventory, placing orders for new inventory, and ensuring that all inventory is properly stored and accounted for. + **Oversee the receiving and shipping of goods** : The warehouse manager needs to ensure that all goods are received and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. This may involve working with suppliers, shipping carriers, as well as coordinating with inhouse staff. + **Coordinate with field techs** : The warehouse manager needs to work with field techs to ensure that they have the equipment and supplies they need to do their jobs, providing them organized access to inventory, and resolving any issues that they have with their equipment or supplies. This may involve staging equipment or coordinating deliveries to field tech locations. **At a minimum we'd like you to have:** + High school diploma or GED, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience with shipping/receiving and inventory control in a warehouse environment, + Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs, and comfortable climbing ladders, + Valid driver’s license, **It's preferred if you have:** + Associate’s degree. + Experience working with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.). + Experience with warehouse safety and protocols. + Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. The US base salary for this full-time position is $83,200 - $91,500 + bonus + benefits.
