The Warehouse Manager ensures a safe, efficient and accurate Warehouse Management operation, overseeing Warehouse activities including the management of inventory replenishment, movement, and control. Through developing strategies to improve efficiency and performance, the Warehouse Manager ensure operational service levels while keeping optimized inventory levels. The Warehouse Manager ensures the highest levels of inventory accuracy and ensures that all compliance and Operations Integrity activities are completed correctly and in a timely manner. + Manage the warehousing activities and resources: Lead, direct, and manage the materials management organization; Manage the relationship with warehousing providers and define the service performance expected; Enforce safety, security, and environmental procedures and standards. + Define and implement optimized warehouse layout. + Support staffing of the GeoUnit Materials Management Team and develop their competencies. + Enforce the use of company standards and industry best practices in warehousing procedures: Maintain materials transaction accuracy accountability, both physically and as recorded in the Warehouse Management System; Ensure warehousing best practice are implemented; Share feedback on best practices implementation with the GeoUnit Distribution Manager to contribute to global distribution continuous improvement. + Manage the GeoUnitwarehousing performance and inventory level: Ensure physical and cycle counting programs are completed to schedule and closed according to policy; Manage the inventory level (stock value, DSOH, and slow-moving indicators); Drive continuous improvement and the use of LEAN tools to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs; Monitor the performance of third-party warehousing providers if relevant (costs, service); Provide regular performance reports at GeoUnit level on materials management. + Effectively manage receiving, shipping, production, stocking, and inventory teams 5-10 years warehouse experience People management experience Inventory accuracy and reporting experience Cycle count program experience required Oil and Gas wellhead experience a significant benefit SAP experience Company policy is to provide every individual a fair and equal opportunity to seek employment and advancement at the Company without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, citizenship, genetic information, veteran or military status, disability, creed, ancestry, pregnancy (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), marital status or any factors protected by federal, state, or local laws.
