**Who will you be working with?** Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the systems controls within the warehouse.
**Where is the position located?** Fountaindale, NSW
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
+ Working closely with the warehouse team, planning, and operations to implement and maintain strong and sustainable warehouse controls.
+ Responsible and accountable for monitoring and initiating cycle count process, conducting cycle count analysis with any variants, cycle count investigations and reporting cycle count findings.
+ Working with Operations Manager to assist with the annual stocktake processes, and Oracle transactions.
+ Manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
+ Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, productivity improvement, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
+ To own, contribute, and actively drive all warehouse related continuous improvement initiatives.
+ To work with the Operations Manager on any adhoc projects.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Three or more years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
+ MS Office Suite.
+ Solid working knowledge of computers.
+ High level communication, interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to work as part of a small dynamic team to understand and achieve predetermined outcomes.
+ Experience in Warehouse, Inventory management environment and ERP Systems.
+ Ability to develop best practice processes and ensure continuous business improvement.
+ Proven ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative and flexible solutions.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
+ Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
+ Work with and analyse large volumes of data to produce a summary and provide recommendations.
