The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. **Tasks & Responsibilities:** + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. + Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the integrity of stored medical devices. + Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage the timely receipt and dispatch of products. + Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming/outgoing shipments, and any discrepancies. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the storage and handling of medical products. + Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for warehouse efficiency. + Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, striving for cost-effective operations. + Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety among warehouse personnel. **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. + Practical professional who masters his field due to his specialized education and extensive practical experience (at least 12 years). + Proven experience 3 years + in warehouse management, preferably in the Medtech or healthcare industry. + Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for handling medical products. + Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. + Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Experience in Lean management, 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement (KVP). + Project Management experience. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English & German).
