Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Aviation Warehouse Logistics Lead to join our team. This role manages Central Warehousing operations, including a 90,000 sq.ft. offsite Warehouse and a 15,000 sq.ft. on-site Warehouse. The role focuses on improving logistics processes to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials for production. You will oversee budgets, training requirements, and facility needs while driving continuous improvement projects to meet corporate production system requirements.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor logistics process improvements to increase reliability and on-time delivery.Manage and oversee all related budgets and training requirements.Drive continuous improvement projects to meet corporate production system requirements.Measure and review KPIs related to all aspects of Warehouse and Logistics daily and weekly.Coordinate Inventory Management and Material Handling to support Production and Completions.Conduct cycle counts for the entire warehouse.Oversee daily operations of QC personnel within two Central warehouse locations.Coordinate warehousing procedures for offsite Distribution Centers in Louisiana and Colorado.Act as main coordinator for logistics related to Military contracts and audits with FAA and AS9100 certifying body.Essential Skills15-20 years of warehouse experience.Proficiency in Excel, ADP, SAP.Experience in shipping and receiving.Strong logistics, picking, packing, and customer service skills.Knowledge of aircraft records and aviation.Inventory management expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in administrative customer service.Ability to manage warehouse and logistics teams strategically.Capability to develop and direct process improvements for efficiency gains.Skill in establishing and maintaining guidelines, policies, and procedures.Understanding of import/export control and compliance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in the back of a hangar within a warehouse that is climate controlled. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Milton, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
