Roles and Responsibilities
• Manages in conjunction with the 3PL the foam cutting operation for assembly shadow kits. Focal for the current kit constructions, as well as the liaison for assembly shops looking to shadow kit 2bin/KCI hardware in the future• Serves as a liaison between GE Aerospace and the 3PL to troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues through Process Weaver. Resolve all defects which would impact performance metrics.•Serves as a Liaison between GE Aerospace and the 3PL to proactively develop lean solutions to improve the operation’s ability to achieve success. Work in conjunction with the 3PL’s continuous improvement leaders to identify and implement new technology to make the operation more efficient.
