We are looking for Logistics background talent to manage the day-to-day operational functions for the Logistics Center departments and in the most cost-effective manner while meeting the needs of both the internal and external customer. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to independently evaluate and problem solve during the course of the day.
Shift 1: 5:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Shift 2: 7am - 3:30pm Sun-Wed / Wed-Sat
Reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.
Compensation: $23hr - $25hr + Benefits
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervision and Training: Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports, ensuring high productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
Operational Management: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
Activity Monitoring/Reporting: Track and send operational reports to designated operation personnel to inform decision-making.

Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).
Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management involving onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping.
Metrics: Skills monitoring teams daily production goals and dynamically meeting company KPIs.
WMS Familiarity: Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Conflict Management: Skills in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics.
Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs; weight may vary based on facility requirements. Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
Flexible Scheduling: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Noise Tolerance: Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, including loud conditions.
